  • Project management features

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Termination

  • Team collaboration
  • Dedicated support

4.4 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Abuse or overload our infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Service uses OpenAI's GPT models to generate content. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output
  • AI output may not be unique and could be similar to content generated for other users
  • You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical decisions

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREEFLOW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
